It's true that no two rugs are the same, but every one of them requires expert care and specialist attention. Different rug fibres need different cleaning solutions; natural fibres are more sensitive than man-made fibres thus need a less aggressive cleaning solution.
Premier Carpet Care uses the hot water extraction method, also known as (steam cleaning) Before the cleaning process starts, we identify what rug fibres were cleaning & inspect for damage; once identified, we could choose the best cleaning solution for the job.
Firstly the rug is treated with a pre-spray solution, which is agitated into the rug with a special brush; this will break down the soiled particles in the fibres and removes any grease or oils adhered to the fibres.
After a short dwell time, your carpet is ready to be rinsed. This is done using a high-powered hot water extraction machine. Hot water extraction gets deep down to the base of the rug's pile that will remove unwanted soil, bacteria, pollens & dust mites.
This method also powerfully rinses and conditions, leaving no sticky, harmful residue that promotes rapid re-soiling, breathing new life into the rug, revitalising the colour & bringing up the pile giving it more bounce.
I had forgotten the original colour of my sofa and chair; had I known, I would have called in Jeff at Premier Carpetcare in years ago; I feel ashamed.
My Axminster carpet looks as fresh and new as the day I bought it. If I had known carpet cleaning was so straightforward and simple, I would have had it cleaned years ago. I will certainly recommend you to all my friends.
My husband a farmer and doesn’t bother to take his boots or change his work clothes when he comes in.
I, therefore, thought neither the three-piece or the carpet would ever come clean, but you have worked miracles, and I have decided to call you every year.
